Wellness Engagement Experience Services

WEESN is an Elevated Engagement Experience — transforming a single event into a structured, week-long engagement system that creates anticipation, participation, and meaningful shared connections making it easy to fill your activity calendar.

And here is how it works.

A Week Filled With Anticipation

Imagine your activity calendar coming alive each week with a new, engaging experience.

Every week, WEESN introduces a new destination from Main Street America — and beyond — directly into your community. It begins with a purposefully designed Digital Activity Guide — not a workbook, but a structured engagement companion.

Inside, residents discover the destination, the performers, and the story behind the event. Conversation prompts and interactive elements spark early participation, while a Preview Video builds anticipation.

The energy builds before the event ever starts.

Building Momentum

Imagine the energy of anticipation building through the week. As a rhythm takes hold in your community - residents gather, conversations unfold. WEE Club sessions form. Theme nights are planned.

This isn't passive activity programming.

It's structured to create organic momentum.

WEESN includes components that empower residents to move from participants to contributors — shaping the culture of their own community and the broader WEESN network.

WEE Club™

Resident-led gatherings where participants plan theme nights and work through Activity Guide challenges together.

WEE Clubs can contribute ideas and feedback that influence future programming — reinforcing purpose and meaningful involvement.

WEE Social™

A secure, moderated network connecting participating communities through shared photos, reflections, highlights, and stories from their weekly WEESN experiences.

Family Connection Included

Imagine family engagement growing more naturally within your community.

Each week, family members are invited to participate in the same guided event as their loved one — even from afar.

By sharing the experience at the same time, residents and their families enjoy a real, shared moment despite being in different places.

It gives them something new and meaningful to talk about on the next call or visit.

If you'd like to strengthen family connection within your community, we invite you to share your interest below.

More Than an Activity Guide - It's A Weekly Journey

Each Event Issue Features:

  • An editorial introduction to the upcoming event, including background on the performers and the host or guide

  • Early-week “Excitement Builders” designed to spark anticipation

  • Trivia, puzzles, and memory prompts thoughtfully woven into the experience

  • Visual scavenger hunts tied directly to the event, encouraging residents to listen, notice, and participate more actively during the viewing

  • Group challenges and discussion starters

  • Theme-Night Ideas and Menus (Italian Nights, Carnival Nights, Cultural Celebrations, and more)

  • Conversation prompts that naturally extend engagement to family members

  • A preview of what’s coming next — creating continuity from week to week

Imagine activities your residents can look forward to all week long.

More than a workbook or handout, each WEESN experience includes a thoughtfully designed, travel-magazine–style Activity Book delivered as a downloadable digital eBook.

It invites residents to explore a destination, discover the stories behind it, and anticipate a shared experience that unfolds throughout the week.

This sample Activity Guide is provided for preview and evaluation purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

WEESN Weekly Preview

Imagine each weekly experience beginning before the event itself.

Every WEESN event opens with a narrated Preview — a short storytelling introduction that brings the upcoming program to life and builds anticipation.

Accessed through a QR code within the Activity Book, the preview sets the stage for the week ahead, offering a deeper look into the destination, cultural theme, and the story behind the performers and production.

The Preview Experience includes:

• Performer highlights and behind-the-scenes insights
• A guided introduction to scavenger hunts and featured activities
• A flexible format designed to be enjoyed by watching or listening

By the time event night arrives, residents already feel connected, curious, and ready to participate.

The Event Experience

Imagine a night in your community where anticipation has been building all week.

The lounge is thoughtfully set with touches inspired by the theme. Residents gather around the large screen display. Activity sheets are in hand — prepared for the scavenger hunt, the challenges, and shared participation.

Residents who prefer to remain in their rooms are ready to join from their mobile devices. Family members settle in from home.

At the same moment, across locations, the experience begins.

A guided host welcomes everyone into the destination — setting the tone, encouraging participation, and carrying the program forward.

Your team simply turns on the display.

Then let WEESN do the rest.

Senior communities work hard to deliver meaningful engagement for their residents — yet the options available today often fall into familiar patterns:

  • Passive programming that residents watch rather than participate in.

  • One-time events that require constant planning and coordination.

Live entertainment that can be difficult to source — especially in more remote locations.

The challenge is not a lack of effort.   It is the absence of a structured, repeatable engagement model.

WEESN introduces that structure.

It is not another activity or live stream.

It is an Elevated Engagement Ecosystem.
